Web Application & API Development

Looking for a small but devoted group to develop a line of web application products for my company.

This first project will address the main company site, which has three important aspects:

1) Account directory and API
2) Affiliate tracking and API
3) Billing system and API

Generally speaking, every one of the later products will contact the main site's API for user management, affiliate management, and billing management.

The main website itself offers only three functionalities to the end-user:

1) Managing one's account
2) Paying one's bills (via BlueSnap)
3) Viewing affiliate points and exchanging them for gifts

I'm flexible in terms of programming language, but I prefer to work with an existing framework such as Laravel or Django. As for front-end development, we'll be working with a professional admin template purchased specifically for this purpose.
