Need a freelancer for bold Vector artwork for cycling jerseys

Seeking artist to create bright bold graphic Vector artwork (with fonts) for 28 cycling jerseys using Adobe Illustrator. We seek attractive original art design concepts. We will tell you what theme (ideas) we need for each jersey and provide jersey templates and instructions. Our artist will work with you to finalize design before production. Sometimes your whole design will be used as is, sometimes we will use parts of your design to create our own design. All Vector Art files must be created in Adobe Illustrator (NO tiffs or any pixilated components). Our own artist may do final edits in Adobe Illustrator CS6 before submitting to factory for sublimation printing. We use Pantone colors (coated) converted to CMYK for brightest colors and blends. No limit on colors. We have particular colors we know work best for bright jerseys. We may edit and use any part or all of the art submitted for jerseys, other projects, or for advertising. We own the copyright for all artwork that is created by the person we hire.
We are seeking a professional vector artist, who is kind and easy to work with and dependable, with original ideas (absolutely no copyright infringement allowed). We are reasonable and fair to work with and we would start with ONE jersey design and see how it goes in a reasonable time frame- before doing more. To choose the right artist: we will review artwork portfolios and work history and choose the best attractive simple bold art style that fits our tastes. If you want to create a sample bike jersey graphics to go with your application - that may help. We require good written english skills so communication is easy and effortless, because this job requires discussion of details and edits over email. We will start with hourly rate and see how that goes. This could be a long term contract when we find the right person.
