Need a freelancer for sound detection text message sensor

An app, running with minimum energy (as close as possible to sleep mode) with only the microphone active.
Any sound will trigger a text message to a specific number.
A setup interface will enable to set the profile of the trigger sound (duration and mic sensitivity) & the phone number to send the text message to.
