move hosting of a web app to linux AWS

Take a project hosted currently on a "classic" hosting (cpanel) with lamp, and make it run on AWS.

Main task is to build the setup that will be decided together on AWS using:
EC2 (linux+apache+php), RDS (mysql), R53 (domain), auto-scaling, ELB, SES (email service), WAF (and other security considerations), etc (all else that might be required after we design the system together - as alerts, messaging and more).

- Need to use chef or CloudFormation to enable easily repeating of the whole build.

- Eventually perform knowledge transfer of the set up built to the company.

Additional and further support might be required on a weekly/monthly basis (with additional payment) after the project will go-live (and if the freelancer wishes for such a service).
