When the company entered the growth stage, it outgrew the standard implementation and needed significant enhancements to its system based on the Salesforce platform. They also wanted to exploit the new capabilities offered by Salesforce more fully.
After doing a thorough analysis of the client’s request, we found out that the most appropriate way to update the automation of the company’s business and management processes was to enhance and customize the current features of the Salesforce platform and implement the new ones.
Technology Stack:
Backend: Apex, SOQL, SOSL;
Frontend: Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, Bootstrap; JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
Declarative Development – process automation: Lightning Flow, Process Builder, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Workflow, Escalation Rules, Assignment Rules;
Data Manipulations: DBAMP, Microsoft PowerQuery, Data Loader;
