פארק תעשיות שח"ק הינו יוזמה משותפת של המועצות שומרון וקציר חריש, אשר יחד עם משרד התמ"ת, חברו בשנת 1998 לפיתוח והקמת פארק תעשיות, שיסייע לפיתוח דמוגרפי והתיישבותי בנחל עירון סמוך לכביש 6 (מחלף ברקאי) הפארק יאפשר מתן פתרונות תעסוקה לערים הסמוכות, חדרה, עפולה,פרדס חנה וכו'.
