For our small startup partnership, I and two partners were Co-CEOs. We developed a business plan from the ground up, developed an advisory board from connections that we gained from our academic studies, and worked to develop a strong database of clients.

Maintained the organizational infrastructure for a small non-profit organization, by managing the knowledge, archiving the databases, and facilitating the weekly meetings. Additionally, I was responsible for updating the financial information, expenses, payroll, and human resource databases.

This included making sure that each employee had relevant permissions (but no more than what was necessary), so that each person had access to the necessary resources to complete their work.

I used Google Drive and Google Sites to manage the company's logistics. In order to manage the payroll and the expenses, I implemented pivot tables using Google Spreadsheets.

I am very familiar with the SEO principles, how to increase visibility and exposure using SEO principles. This applies both by utilizing SEO functions within the site and across social media platforms.

Inside the Sustainable Growth Ltd., one of my responsibilities was conducting market research and reaching out to investment banks to seek potential opportunities for mergers or acquisitions.

I have conducted consulting projects in several small businesses in Herzliya, a small business in Jerusalem, and conducted practicum for my Masters degree in Organizational Behavior and Development in a large international high tech firm in Israel.

For the small businesses, as a part of a team of consultants, I conducted interviews, created a business plans including recommendations to improve sales/marketing strategy, and analyzed past financial documents.

The practicum involved conducting a full diagnostic process by interviewing relevant employees, observing meetings, and accessing archival data. From this information, as a team, we were able to provide an answer to our client's questions regarding the implementation of a new methodology in the workplace and recommendations for managing the obstacles.

Writing business plans to approach VCs and investment banks, as well as an understanding of the crowdfunding model.

Crafted business plans for several small businesses and for an economic start up in Tel Aviv (http://www.danmarom.com/). This included documenting the resources the businesses had at their disposal, analyzing the market, checking the assumptions of the marketing plan, and forecasting financials based on these figures.

The market research in economics developed a simulated case study to completely outline a novel model for acquiring capital.

Creating blog entries for the website of my professional partnership. They are geared towards presenting my insight/expertise into the HR subject matter as well as driving traffic to my website. This includes SEO by adding keywords and making sure that each blog directly leads to a line of communication with the company.
