1. Spearheaded the design initiative for the company web and mobile applications from ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
2.Management of a small rotating team of designers.

4.Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define project goals and requirements.
