אנחנו חברת סטארט-אפ קטנה (Bootstrapped) עם פעילות בשוק האמריקאי, המפתחת פתרונות אופטימיזציה מתקדמים לגידולים בחממות. הפתרונות שלנו נמכרים לחקלאים ולשותפי מכירות בארה"ב.
אנו מחפשים מנהל/ת פרסום דיגיטלי וקמפיינים ממומנים, Hands-On, עם ניסיון מוכח ביצירת Lead Generation איכותי עבור השוק האמריקאי. התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על ייצור לידים איכותיים והובלת הפעילות השיווקית והפרסומית של החברה, בדגש על תכנון, ביצוע ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים ממומנים (PPC, Social Ads) להנעת לידים איכותיים.
כחלק מתפקיד זה, נדרשות יכולות מקיפות של ניהול תכנים, קמפיינים בדיוור ומסע לקוח מקצועי, וכן פעולות SDR (טיוב ושיפור איכות הלידים) ברשתות החברתיות (SMM).
זהו תפקיד ביצועי ולא תיאורטי, ולכן ניסיון מעשי (Hands-On) בניהול קמפיינים ממומנים ו-Performance Marketing הוא חובה.
תחומי אחריות:
Lead Generation בפועל – תכנון, ביצוע ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים ממומנים (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) למקסום ה-ROI.
בנייה וניהול משפכי רכישת לידים (Inbound & Outbound) והובלתם בתהליך המכירה.
ניהול קמפיינים בדיוור ומסעות לקוח מקצועיים (Marketing Automation, Email Campaigns).
יצירת, ניהול ואופטימיזציה של תכנים שיווקיים, כולל פעילות SMM ברשתות החברתיות.
שיפור מתמיד של איכות וכמות הלידים על בסיס מדדים ברורים ומדידים.
ניתוח ביצועי קמפיינים, הפקת דוחות, הסקת תובנות, ושיפור מתמיד.
אחריות על ניהול והפעלת ספקי שיווק חיצוניים במידת הצורך.
דרישות חובה:
ניסיון Hands-On מוכח בניהול קמפיינים ממומנים (PPC, Social Ads) והנעת Lead Generation – חובה!
ניסיון בעבודה מול השוק האמריקאי – חובה! (למי שאין ניסיון רלוונטי, אין טעם להגיש מועמדות).
לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בשיווק מבוסס ביצועים, כולל ניהול קמפיינים ממומנים, דיוור ומסעות לקוח.
ניסיון מעשי עם Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO וכלי אוטומציה שיווקית.
ידע בניהול תוכן שיווקי ונוכחות דיגיטלית (SMM).
ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) לניהול לידים והנעת המרות.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – חובה! (כתיבה, קריאה וניהול תוכן).
חשיבה אנליטית ויכולת קבלת החלטות מבוססת נתונים.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה והתמקדות בתוצאות.

Who We Are
We are a small, bootstrapped startup operating in the U.S. market, developing advanced optimization solutions for greenhouse crops. Our solutions are sold to farmers and sales partners in the U.S.
We are looking for a Hands-On Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns Manager with proven experience in high-quality Lead Generation for the U.S. market. This role includes full responsibility for lead acquisition and overseeing the company’s marketing and advertising activities, with a strong focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns (PPC, Social Ads) to drive high-quality leads.
As part of this role, you will need extensive expertise in content management, email marketing campaigns, customer journey automation, and SDR-related activities (lead qualification and enrichment) via social media (SMM).
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role—not theoretical—so practical experience in running paid campaigns and performance marketing is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on lead generation – Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize ROI.
Building and managing lead acquisition funnels (Inbound & Outbound) and leading prospects through the sales process.
Managing email marketing campaigns and customer journey automation (Marketing Automation, Email Campaigns).
Creating, managing, and optimizing digital content, including social media marketing (SMM).
Continuously improving lead quality and volume based on measurable KPIs.
Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance, generating reports, and extracting insights.
Managing and coordinating external marketing vendors when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns (PPC, Social Ads) and driving lead generation – Must!
Experience working with the U.S. market – Must! (Candidates without relevant experience should not apply).
At least 5 years of experience in performance-based marketing, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and customer journey automation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in digital content management and social media marketing (SMM).
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management and conversion optimization.
Excellent English skills – Must! (Reading, writing, and content management).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points for:
Experience working with farmers, distributors, or business partners in the U.S. market.
