Freelancer to build an SEO module - and help us change decisions
Insights.US develops a platform to create decision making websites for governments, cities and senior executives. We work with third of the Israeli government, and soon also with USA.GOV. We are the leading provider in inclusive decision making solutions.

Each website we operate has his own domain, but all websites consists of a similar structures (in each website we have several project, in each project we have a background page, answers, insights and decisions, and each user has a profile). We need to develop a node.js express server to analyze incoming request and respond with different data based on the device or agent requesting the resource.

This module will help us do SEO (facebook / google) and return structured data in a specific format based on the requesting agent, to maximize the exposure of our websites. This includes building automatic site maps, internal links and convert data from our API to simple HTML pages.

Some prerequisites (plz tell us if you satisfy them and how!):
* knowledge in SEO (facebook, google)
* Javascript (ES6/ES2015)
* Node.js and ExpressJS
* phantom.js
* General knowledge of HTTP protocol

We would like a fixed proposal, and happy to provide more details for those interested. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US HOURLY RATES.
