make a php of modify MySQL database
1. connect to MySQL database
2. run sql to get 'AUDIO_URL' column of a table and filter out all data that starts with http://goo.gl
3. loop over that filtered 'AUDIO_URL' column
3.1. URL = curreut row of 'AUDIO_URL' column
3.2. make http get of URL and get redirected url (RED_URL)
3.3. HOST_RED_URL = modify RED_URL (ip->hostname)
3.4. GOO_URL = shrink HOST_RED_URL with goo.gl API
3.5. replace all URL occurance at 'AUDIO_URL' column with GOO_URL
3.6. go to next row
