Operations Manager/Team Leader for Appointment Setting, B2B Cold Calls
Work will be part time, from home

We are an international business development firm (USA HQ in MA) providing services to small and medium-sized companies including many startup companies in the hi-tech arena trying to enter the US market.

We are looking for an Operations Manager / Team Leader, requirements as follows:
• English native speaker or very high level.
• Experience working with CRM, particularly Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in leading and managing inside sales teams – a plus.
• Preferably has work experience in a small sized company
• Needs to be flexible with respect to work hours – some work during evenings (with US office and clients).
