race car animation + after affects....

we will provide the "car"...what we are looking for is the affects on the car: the air movement, the background, when the car is still, when car will start again and go off the screen the has similer affect

we want an avi/mov/ file as the deliverable, (we'll put in the text)-
length is about 10-20 seconds max, with the car not moving for most of the time.....
