online flash webcam recorder

Hi, we're looking for an online flash webcam recorder that will allow users to record video messages right from the website, preview their message and then create an flv file on the server side. ( I understand we need fms/RTMP hosting for that )

It needs to have the relevant flash capabilities, such as automatic recognition of webcam, including built-in laptops, etc.. design is not so important as we'll create a new skin - a simple online flash webcam recorder with record/pause/preview buttons and a play/record time bar with digits is what we need.

A working demo is a must (or something for us to test before we finalize)
