For a new monitoring application I need a new prototype WEB site.
I have an SQL database with few data table with few columns of numerical data that is constantly updated in a rate of 1 to 20 records per second.
The main WEB site screen should display this data in a textual and graphical manner.

Basic requirements:
- Display an image of a certain device on the bottom of the main WEB page.
- Most recent values: Display 3 most recent values from an SQL table near the image.
- Most recent values: Display most recent values from an SQL table in nice text boxes on the main WEB page.
- Average & max values: Display average & max values from the tables in nice text boxes on the main WEB page.
- Main graph: Display a living real time graph of the data on part of the main page. X axis represents time (preferably the user can select any combination of 1 to 3 colored graphs on the same chart with different Y values text numbers).
User should be able to pause and restart real-time charting.
When paused, user should be able to zoom, pan and scale the graphs.
- Secondary graph: same as above but for a single parameter.
- Main data table: Display grid-view table with the latest 10 rows on part of the main page. User should be able to pause and restart table refreshing (refresh at every 1 or 2 seconds).
When paused user should be able to display other pages (next, previous, first, last page, numbered pages) with buttons.
scrolling – nice to have
- Second data table display: 2nd table (more or less like the main table).
- Display logo and a few constant labels on top & bottom of the pages

Nice to have:
- Registration login capability
