Looking for an experienced freelancer for creation of responsive website

Seeking web developer to build a responsive website using a creative idea. Previous examples of work absolutely necessary. An example of the type of site we are looking for is bosonweb.net. References will be requested. Must have skill with graphic design and proven creativity. No Wordpress or other out of the box CMS.
