UI and eBook reader features implementation for iOS

We are looking for an iOS developer with knowledge in epub\ebook readers to implement the following:

1. UI design based on provided sliced images. also includes some UI implementation to an additional popup view
2. Annotation support for our reader. implementation specification will be provided by us.

Requirements:
1. experienced with iOS development, tablet oriented.
2. some experience with readers for iOS is an advantage.
3. answer to a relevant test we will provide(small development task, just to ensure you have the required skills. should be performed in ~4-4.5 hours).
4. provide project ETA(after receiving and reviewing the specifications)
5. relevant portfolio
