כמו-כן ההצעה צריכה לכלול חיבור הקבצים שעל השרת לממשק המשתמש -כלומר שהאתר יהיה "מוכן לשימוש".

Request for price quote on completing a WordPress site
Specifically, what is required is to create 4 libraries with the following functionality:
A. Libraries will contain a total of 75 lessons containing approximately 700 files in total.
B. Each lesson may contain any combination of PDF or MP3 files (lesson X 3 PFD's 2 MP3's, lesson Y 6 PDF's 9 MP3's…).
C. Files will be accessible for download only following a secured paid subscription
D. Subscription will be to each library individually
E. Subscription process should be automated and user-friendly
F. Content must be available for registered subscribers on site and for a finite period of time defined by the webmaster.
G. Webmaster will have the option of uploading a specific file to an individual user.
H. Quote must include the matching of uploaded content to the user interface and having the site ready for launch
I. Quote must include a minimum of 1-2 hours of technical support and guidance on using the CMS
• Proposal should be detailed as possible regarding the final product. Best would be to attach examples like: signup will look like site X, automatic notification will work like in site Y, access to files will be similar to site Z etc…
• Please provide us with timetables for completing the job and let us know how much will additional work hours cost
