HTML5 Templates

We're looking for an experienced web developer and designer for creating a set of HTML5/CSS3/Image files "from scratch" out of ~45 GUI designs provided in "PNG" format (PSDs are unfortunately not available).

File set should be:

* HTML5 semantic valid: <nav> should be used for navigation menus, <header> for headers etc..
* "Table-less" and "IMG-less" for page-layout purposes: tables should be used only where tabular data is required, IMGs should be used only to represent image data etc..
* Compact: CSS sprites should be composed, JPG and PNG compression should be applied wisely as to not dramatically impact images' quality.
* Supported by these desktop browsers: IE9+ / FireFox 19.0 / Chrome 25.0 / Safari 5.0

Required skills:

* PHP familiarity - HTML5 files should be merged into PHTML templates.
* LESS literacy - All CSS files will be compiled from LESS style-sheets. The usage of variables and mixins is highly encouraged.

Work should be performed on an hourly-basis only, please provide your proposals respectively.

* NDA will be required
