I need an offer for the following project.

I have a need of a system (online and in WordPress) that has the following features, capabilities and interfaces.

The system should be divided in two major sections

1) Creation on a dynamic and editable form (something like wufoo.com)

a. Creation will be made by steps which will address categories (business info, processing data, technological data, contacts, etc)

b. The form should be able to easily add and remove fields.

c. All data should be stored on a database and easily exported or retrievable.

2) Digital print to an exact match and application

a. The data from (1) should be able to target a specific application form under its "original" design and structure.

b. Examples will be sent later on

Moreover the system should have a certain access level.

For example executives (all rights), workers (only section one), affiliates (section one wit out export rights). I would suggest utielize the wordpress members.
