Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer or PCB designer to develop a smart PCB for the Milkit milk dispensing system. The board must support multi-channel functionality to control three independent valves simultaneously while meeting strict cost and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a PCB with a production cost target of $12–$15 per unit, including integrated buttons for system operation.
Ensure the board supports simultaneous control of three valves with high reliability and precision.
Develop and deliver prototypes for functional testing and validation.
Provide comprehensive documentation to enable seamless transition to mass production.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has a strong background in PCB design and experience in multi-channel electronic systems, preferably for the food and beverage industry or other automated systems. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver cost-efficient designs are critical.
Proposals should include:
Detailed cost breakdown for design, prototyping, and testing phases.
Estimated timelines for deliverables.
Portfolio of similar projects and relevant experience.
