Improving location aquiring of a Smart Dog collar

We have completed the design and manufacturing of a uniqe Smart Dog collar, the collar tracks all the Pet's vitals, location and wellbeing providing the Pet owner with actual health status, baseline and desease alerts.
Since the collar is small, we are limited in our antenna design, but still we manged to extract a very decent efficiency.
We are looking for an expert in Tracking/Navigation of wearable IoT, utilizing all available sensors.
Currently we are experiencing instability in our FW that operates the GPS/LTE module.
And since the HW is freezed for the project, we would like to maximise the product potential via Code improvement.
