Looking for an experienced freelancer for design a theme for Mobile

Hi,
I am searching for a person that can design a very stylish abstract backgrounds and icon sets for a mobile theme i'm preparing , you don't need to know anything about programming only to have a really good design ideas and open minded.
you need to be master in photoshop/illustrator and can create gfx from scratch.
