We are looking for a Wordpress developer and designer (or a company) to develop and maintain our online Learning Management System (LMS), a Hebrew version of and similar to Udemy website.

Please provide a preliminary fixed price proposal (or price per hour X estimates hours) to complete the project till website deployment (including SEO, performance & security subjects)

Key Features:
• Course building – using a solid page builder and theme for designing course content, including upload of different file types like videos, PDFs, links and others.
Enable other teachers to use friendly front-end editor to create their own courses.
Manage course prerequisites and other related courses
• Bundled Courses – enable to bundle several courses into single mega course and treat it as regular course (enrollment, monitor progress, payments, reviews, tests and quizzes etc.)
• Course progress – display to students how well they are doing (metrics/reports) and keeping them motivated to make a progress
• Students' enrollment and management - monitoring how many students are enrolled to courses and collect payments based on user memberships.
• Content dripping – have the option to slowly revealing some of the course materials as students' progress.
• Quizzes and tests - enable students (and teachers) to evaluate how much they’ve absorbed the material and determine who is qualified.
Also benchmarks for when the next portion of content is dripped into the course, and determine if course is completed based on test results vs. "pass" grade/criteria
• Knowledge Sharing - generate student/teacher profiles, interact with other students and teachers through chats and forums (at least to provide questions and answers)
• Affiliates, Coupons and Special Sales – manage teachers affiliate programs with commissions, managing coupons and special sales discounts.
• Automated emails - giving students and teachers a more tangible way to see that they’re progressing.
• Payment gateway support – enabling payments and refund policy via PayPal and other poplar credit cards, payments history
• Certificates –generates badges and certificates whenever a certain activity is completed or when a course is finished. With option to print them and share them at social media (student account)
• Feedback & Reviews – allow students to review and grade their course and teachers.
