Need a freelancer for grant writing

We are appplying for a r&d tax relief from the government. One of the sections requires us to details the technology challenges and our innovation. This section should be very technical and include technologies and buzz words from the deep tech world.

We are looking for a tech person who understand technology and also good in writing and potentially have experience in applying to such grants.
