Cloud saving chatbot

Objective is to manage several conversations in parallel with organisation employees so to encourage them to release cloud resources that are not needed

We will introduce a chatbot that will digest reports looking for people and opportunities to interact with. Then, it will proactively approach the relevant users and manage a conversation flow that could either conclude by some API call to cloud provider or by failing and logging - i.e. user is not agreeing to release a resource

NLP is not required. Conversation would be managed in a structured manner (i.e multiple choices options for the user)

Channel selected: Skype (might need to extend in the future for other channels)

Backend: node.js
Frameworks: Microsoft bot framework (I am open for suggestions)

Flow/ conversation: "shutdown" non-used ec2 server/s

Deliverables:
- Code (managed at bitbucket)
- Architecture document (detail the key components of the technical solution - i.e. npm package for flow mgmt, storage/ persistency approach, etc) so to serve as a baseline for future flows introduction (i.e shutdown servers, remove snapshots, etc)
- Working application deployed on AWS or Azure (TBD)
