Install Python Flask Application on Ubuntu, Apache WSGI

We need someone to install Python (3.6) Flask Web application on Ubuntu 16.04 with Apache (2.4?) and WSGI.
Our machine is on AWS, we can rent another machine elsewhere if needed.
This is a small project to help our start-up team in the Devops aspect.
