Appium tester with experience with MS App Center

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Appium tester for the following job:
1. Write automated test for logging into our app.
2. The app is in iOS only (IPA file will be provided).
3. The test will verify that logging in was successful using element on the screen. Logging process may take a few seconds.
4. Appium test in Java will be uploaded to MS App Center by the freelancer.
5. Freelancer will make sure the test runs successfully in MS App Center.
6. Freelancer will provide step by step documentation in English:
7. How to upload Appium test to App Center.
8. Appium code will be in high standard.

As we want to assure top quality we require you to answer the following questions:
- Are you able to test iOS app locally?
- What are the important best practices of developing automated tests in Appium?
- Do you have experience in setting and running Appium tests in MS App Center?
- What files are needed in order to upload a test to MS app center?
