Looking for an experienced freelancer for smokefree

We are a company that sells electronic-cigarettes.
We need someone that will help us build a store based on magneto system.
We would like to modify to design of the system from a PSD file which contains the design.

We also would like to do minor modifications to the system if it means customizing the Cart or other things...
