Blockchain proof of concept project - wallet plus a contract

Building a quick proof of concept - a web bitcoin/ether wallet to be used by a limited audience (~300 people) plus a simple contract to allow transferring of a fixed amount by authorized members as a reward. Will require work with an internal team for integration with a sso platform to authenticate the users.
