Interactive Map in Flash

Hello to all bidders,

We are looking for a professional that can create a flash file with a city map in it.

So here is the project:

File dimensions are: W 683px X H 570px

A PDF Map will be supplied and all you need to do is to have the entire map in this flash file, with abilities to zoom in and zoom out, when you move your mouse left or right or up the map will slide left, right, up and down according to the mouse movement.

Also, there will be some defined places on the map that once you mouse over them, a little bubble will appear with place short info and a link to that specific place that will be simply linked to a different page on the site.

This is not a dynamic file, it will not be linked to any API's and no outside sources, this is just a presentational purposes flash, that's all
