freelancers to create an animated video short

I need an animated video around 2 minutes
you will get a textual story board from me and a sound file or files of speaking people [in Hebrew]
the movie will show a simple interview in a TV show and a little bit more like camera logo coming in and out etc
a logo will be given
i need avi or mov file format in high quality
its need to be done in 7 days
i don't know exactly when i will have all the content
