Guidelines for preparing a cover photo for your XPlace profile

Your XPlace cover photo is simple to update, just follow these steps:
  1. Download our helpful cover photo template.
    1. If you have Photoshop, download the PSD version.
    2. If you don't have Photoshop, download the JPG version.
  2. Make sure your photo has extra room on the top and bottom. Your profile will only show the middle part of the photo.
  3. Use the center area of the template to input your custom design. Be sure to remove all template text.
  4. Double check that your image's total dimensions are 4000px (wide) by 3000px (height). Remember this should include the extra room at the top and bottom of your photo.
  5. Save your photo! Pro tip: If you are using Photoshop choose the "Save for Web" option and save the photo as a JPG file with a quality of 25%.
  6. Upload your finished cover photo to your XPlace profile.
Remember that your cover photo may appear slightly differently depending on each screen's resolution.
