💡 Product and UX/UI due diligence - get an objective 2nd opinion about your product, things to improve and consider improving.
💡 Streamline company, marketing and product KPIs, create the right dashboards, take more decisions based on data and less on intuition, test and validate ideas before spending months on them.
I can help you to implement Google Analytics and other Analytical tools correctly.
💡 Implement a PM tool for the whole company to raise ideas (stop the emails and corridor ideas, pay less for Salesforce), provide feedbacks, vote and prioritize together with the PM orchestrating it, sync with Jira and Salesforce, and plan and share different roadmap versions easily.
💡 Recruit or mentor your PMs as well (I have mentored dozens), and as we know recruiting the right PM can take 5-8 months today, in the meantime use my services to fill the gaps.
💡 Prepare a feature for development (I can collaborate with a strong UX/I expert).
💡 Streamline your sprints and Dev-PM link like I've done many times, improve speed and communication, manage Scrum instead of letting Scrum manage you.
💡 Freelancer contract or a regular part-time employee.
