I am the head of the IP/IT Desk in our law firm. We have experience with ongoing support on legal matters to IT businesses from abroad establishing a presence in Poland (advising 360 degrees of their activity - with particular focus on employment of engineers, regulatory and IP protection, and transfer). I also represent businesses in litigation over IP rights infringement and unfair competition acts.

I am happy to provide legal advise to Italian speaking entities.
