Freelance tech recruiter & headhunter-
Freelance- Freelance recruiter, headhunter, and sourcing expert - for tech companies & tech roles such as R&D, Backend, Frontend, Full-stack engineers. Product managers, Data scientists, Data analysts, Hardware engineers,Security,DevOps and so on.
- Leading various projects in different start-up companies.
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates through social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, GitHub,Stack overflow, Facebook, etc.).
- Teaming up with hiring managers to set optimal recruiting process from defining the position's profile - to sealing the deal.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, with a track record of successfully filling difficult to fill roles. Proficient in various recruiting tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc. Experience with recruiting CRM programs such as Commit and Workday.
- Accountable for the sync between placement agencies through the recruitment process.
- Advertising positions through social media, career sites, and company websites.
- I am able to handle multiple tasks at once and thrive under pressure, making me well-suited for the fast-paced nature of freelance work.
