The system of staff motivation for holding company UTH (Disney Channel).
The system gives a possibility to extend appreciation to colleagues openly for keeping friendly atmosphere at work.
The system allows choosing any employee and vote for him/her in two nominations. The results are summed up and directed to the next stage. After the vote cycle the system shows the results and can give a pay rise to the employees with the biggest quantity of “thanks”.
