Project was started as a simple widget allowing creation of customer tickets for the production, but quickly evolved into a powerful system for submitting order data, uploading and managing files from the client to the production. The team implemented project completely from scratch and has support of it till now. Product has become the most used customer’s application (it was integrated into customer’s IT system) with more than 16 000 created tickets per year. Domains: ticket/issue management, CRM, Content/File management, Simple ERP Technologies: Java, Spring, JavaEE, Web, GWT, JavaScript, JPA/Hibernate, RDBMS (MySQL, MS SQLServer), REST, FTP, Mail Integration Project Duration: <1000 hours, and still ongoing Team size: 3 persons on the Erbis site
