Need a freelancer for web design

I need someone to help me setup and design a full blog using Wordpress. I will provide brand guidelines, list of required plugins and widgets, but need help in theme selection and customization. The blog will be a host to various types of content, including blog posts, videos, images and infographics. The client is a high-tech company in the fashion industry so it must be sharp but still designed for high conversion!
