Need a freelancer for URGENT website building

We need a one pager site according to the attached graphics plus one form (the image on top and quotes in the middle have sliders) and there are 4 "read more" links that open more text on same page. all other pages links should appear as under construction for now. site should be responsive to mobile. site is already partly built on wordpress, see: www.sensorytreat.pro but there is work to update to the attached graphical design exactly!
work MUST be complete by end of this week!
no hourly proposals please - only project based.
