דרוש פרילנסר מומחה לאנדרואיד

I'm working on these days on a new app.
At the moment we have wrote it to iOS only ,and soon I will need to write it for android as well.
I need someone who have experience with Geo-fence app's.
Attached, white paper that explains what the app does.
In general the project should take no more than 1 month to complete the current version.
Please introduce me to a few of them.
