Freelancer for business plans, financial models and investment banking in both English and Hebrew

WHO WE ARE
Weksler, Kodenzik, Enoch, Ben-Cnaan Ltd. (WKEB) is a financial services company, working closely with the accounting firm of Weksler, Kodenzik, Enoch and Co., providing transaction advisory and financial consulting services to clients of the accounting firm and other clients. We have a number of clients for which we require assistance.
IMMEDIATE TASKS
1. Writing of a business plan and financial model for a mature company in a technology service industry, which we are preparing for sale to prospective Israeli and international buyers. All documentation must be prepared in English.
2. Writing of a business plan and financial model for a large and rapidly growing marketing company in a technology industry, which we are preparing for sale to prospective Israeli and international buyers. All documentation must be prepared in English.
3. Assisting in searching the Israeli and international markets for suitable buyers, and other transaction assistance (such as valuation comparisons).
4. Writing of a business plan and financial model for a start-up in a waste recycling business. This will be used for regulatory certification and for raising capital. All documentation must be prepared in Hebrew.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• For the English projects: English as a mother tongue, or at mother tongue level.
• For the Hebrew projects: Hebrew as a mother tongue, or at mother tongue level.
• Priority will be given to an individual who possesses the required English and Hebrew capabilities.
• Experience in writing business plans.
• Experience in writing financial models which include detailed assumptions and a full set of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow).
• Knowledge of office 2010 applications.
• Some work experience in a transaction environment at an investment banking or private equity company in an English-speaking country.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• You will work from home, with occasional meetings in our Ramat Gan office or elsewhere.
• You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• A successful experience with you may lead to a full time position.

FEES
• Remuneration will be on a flat-fee basis per project, with a possibility of some upside.
