Looking for an experienced freelancer for Hebrew to English translation

I am looking for a translator to assist me with 40 pages of translation, Hebrew to English.

The text is not very clean, however, neither am I looking for a clean translation. I am simply looking for a native English speaker, or EXTREMELY high level English speaker to translate the text. All I need is for it to be readable in English. No revisions or major edits whatsoever are required (I will revise the text later on).

I am looking for a good price on this translation, specifically due to the fact that I only want a rough translation, no revisions.

I will need the project completed within one week from initialization.

Please give me a price proposal for the entire project or per 250 Hebrew words.
