Microsoft Media Foundation based development

Looking for developer with understanding of Microsoft Media Foundation & Direct Show, for a short term project regarding web camera capturing and further processing.

Required experience: proven experience with СОМ development (writing and registration of COM Objects and servers) and Direct Show, at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Media Foundation.
