Looking for an experienced freelancer for an iphone and android development

The application will run on one's personal iphone and android.
It will include scanning with this software:
http://code.google.com/p/zxing

After each scan, a running total of the weight and price will be needed as the output. The source of the information will be an external dbase.
For the test you will need to create an internal dbase of a 100 products.

At the end with the click of one button the total bill and weight will need to be sent to a particular IP so that it can be totaled on that system.

There are future developmental stages of this product, after proof of concept.
