Experienced FlashBuilder Programmer for continuing project in AS3

We are looking for an expert programmer in AS3, using FlashBuilder for a project in video/imaging. Code has been developed and is working but needs additional elements.
In the first stage, he/she will complete the working project, adding necessary features to the existing code. In the second stage, there will be the need to extend the existing framework.
The third stage will involve software development at the video hardware level (Directshow and similar), mostly in C++ and C# environment.
We need an experienced programmer who can deliver fast turnover and is flexible in adapting to dynamic maket demands.
