A boutique international advertising agency based in Petah-Tikva is looking for its next star — a freelance Paid Social Campaign Manager (50% position) who lives and breathes social media.
We’re seeking a creative, hands-on professional with proven expertise in TikTok and LinkedIn advertising, and a strong track record of delivering measurable success through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize campaigns for global audiences
* Develop performance-driven ad strategies
* Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience managing English-language campaigns for international markets
* Expert-level knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager – must
* Strong understanding of B2C/DTC funnels and audience targeting
* Analytical thinker with a passion for data and independent work
* Fluent English (spoken and written) – must
* Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel – must
