System Engineer - Aviation/drone company

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer with mandatory experience in drone technology to join our team at a leading aviation company located in Yavne. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and writing software in open-source environments, specifically focusing on drone systems. You will work with Linux operating systems and NVIDIA GPU hardware to enhance and optimize drone performance. A key aspect of the position involves managing flight control systems for drones using PX4, including modifying drone mixers to achieve specific flight characteristics.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience as System Engineer - Need to be an Engineer
- Experience working with drones or UVs
- Location Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work onsite in Yavne (hybrid role).

Desirable Skills:

- Open Source Software Development: Strong background in writing software in open-source environments.
Linux Expertise: Proficiency in working with Linux operating systems.
- NVIDIA GPU Hardware: Experience working with NVIDIA GPU hardware.
PX4 Flight Control Software: Hands-on experience with PX4 flight control software for drones.
- Drone Mixer Modification: Experience in modifying drone mixers within the PX4 environment.
