Professional Photographer to shoot c500 images of samples

We are interested in receiving a quote for the photography of c500 samples of various textiles and samples from catalogue stock. The images are to be of high quality and to show pattern, colour and texture correctly. The images will be used cropped to either square or rectangle of a determined size for a website catalogue. Each image is intended to be used as a 'swatch' to show the individual materials.
Please quote for a fixed price for the work including cropping as required and supply of 300dpi files (including original un-cropped) images on CD. Our estimate is that shooting may take 1-2 days.
