להתמודדות במכרז במדינות הבלקן, דרך חברה אירופאית, אני מחפש צוות של ארבעה עד חמישה אנשים, שיהיו בעלי ההסמכות הבאות.

• Security expert certified as a "Lead Auditor" according to ISO 27000 Standard or equivalent.
• CISA (Certified Information Security Audit) certified audit expert, or Equivalent;
• Expert in the field of CISSP Certified Information Systems (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or equivalent;
• Security expert at CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certified management level, or equivalent;
• Expert with higher education in defense and security sciences with a profile in legal and administrative sciences and experience in the field of information technology (diploma of studies and valid certificates).
• Information technology expert specialized in the field of information technology governance for public institutions (diploma of studies, valid certificate).
• Expert in information technology specialized in the field of information security governance for public institutions (diploma of study or with a valid certificate).
